Note that sole copyright to the associated artworks and prints are fully retained by the artist. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is in violation of U.S. copyright law. Purchase of an original painting or print DOES NOT transfer the copyrights. The artist Danielle Hrdina reserves the right to create printed reproductions of her original works for sale.

Shipping & Returns

I take precaution to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases, and am grateful for your support. However, if the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me immediately with photographical evidence. A refund will be issued based on evidence of damages.

If you are simply unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 business days. Returned purchases must be packaged as they were delivered (you may reuse the packaging). An email with return address will be sent upon request of return. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds (less shipping charges) will be issued upon receiving the piece of artwork back to Danielle Hrdina.

There are no refunds or exchanges for commissioned works. All sales of commissions are final.
